Jumpo AI Camera – Return and Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Return Window

From the date you receive your Jumpo AI Camera device, you have 30 days to decide if it meets your needs. If it does not, you may request a return or exchange within this period.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the device must:

  • Be in good working condition.
  • Include the original packaging and all accessories.
  • Be returned through our official support channels by the original purchaser.

3. Initiating a Return

To start a return, contact our support team at support@jumpoai.com. We will provide instructions and a return shipping label if applicable. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Additional time may be needed by your bank or card issuer. Contact us if you do not receive your refund within 15 business days.

A restocking fee may apply to returns to cover handling and processing costs. We strive to be transparent about any fees that may affect your refund.

5. Damages and Defective Products

If your Jumpo AI Camera arrives damaged or does not function properly, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a free replacement.

6. Digital Services

6.1 Subscription Plans

The Service offers two tiers:

  • Paid Plan
    Paid users have access to:
    • AI features
    • Unlimited eSIM connectivity
    • Cloud uploads
    • Cloud storage with a 30-day retention period
  • Free Plan
    Free users may:
    • Use Wi-Fi for basic connectivity
    • Take photos locally on the device
    • Upload photos to the cloud
    • Use cloud storage with a 30-day retention period
    Free users do not have access to AI features or eSIM connectivity.

6.2 Activation & Free Trial

New users must bind a parent account and enter a valid credit card to activate the Paid plan trial.
Paid plan includes a 60-day free trial. No charges apply during the trial period.

6.3 Billing and Refunds

After the trial ends, the Paid plan auto-renews at $5.99/month.
Paid subscription fees are non-refundable once charged.
Free users do not incur subscription charges.

Exceptions: Refunds may be considered if:
• Technical issues prevent access to Paid services, or
• Incorrect charges.

6.4 Cancellation

Parents can cancel subscriptions at any time through the Parent Dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing; no partial refunds are provided for the current billing period.

6.5 eSIM Service

Users can connect via Wi-Fi without subscribing. Paid users have unlimited eSIM; Free users cannot use eSIM.
